we pulled the covers back to go to sleep and what did we find?we found about inside a one foot blood stain dried and in clumps. Not washed and put back on the bed. I've worked in the medical field this is bodily fluids in direct contact with our bodies...no compensation of any kind whatsoever to show the recognition of the seriousness of this situation. My husband also work in the hotel business. Not even a sorry nothing do not go to this place. Plus how many squad cars and ambulances do they need to pull people out of there that we witness the night before. Very unfriendly people. They don't care. That on any level. Sorry to say but there is a level of some type of intelligence even an underclass people these people don't even have that.

This place is the worst place ever. It's dirty , over priced and management discriminates. He replaced alot of the long time employee's with Hispanics that have no idea what they are doing. He is just a bad manager and really have no idea why the owner is letting him run his motel to the ground... So do not stay there. ..

I would NEVER stay there ever again! they were rude, stole and evicted people for nothing. they overcharge you for EVERYTHING!

This is one of the worst Motels I have ever seen. Customers service is the worst. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The air conditioning units are so out-dated. I wouldn't even subject my dog to staying in one of those rooms. STAY AWAY from this dump!

Do Not Stay Here- Pay the extra money and stay anywhere but there. They have BED BUGS in almost every room. The A/C's don't really work. They Charge You for everything from a remote to ice. Can you believe it I have never stayed at a motel where they charge you for ice. The lobby looks nice but don't let that fool you the rooms are nothing like that they are nasty nasty nasty. It's not there housekeepers fault the Owner of the place doesn't want to put out any money. The staff well most of the staff are very nice. And when i called to ask prices i got several different prices. I also asked if they allowed felons to stay there but they let them manage the place- you see the manager there is a level 2 . They also say they have an outdoor pool another lie they don't. So Spend the Extra Money and Stay Somewhere Else.

I wouldn't advise this hotel to no one they have bed bugs and there rooms are really nasty they charge you to use the phone. There staff is really rude don't stay here

The manager at this hotel was rude and did not care wether we stayed or not. i asked about security as i have children and i drove by and saw ptostitutes and drug deal going on in the front area. DISGUSTING

This used to be a Travel Lodge, but they apparently changed their name to Budget Lodge in an attempt to escape a terrible reputation. Well, all that I can say about this motel, is I'll never stay there agian, not even for free. The manager is very rude, the rooms are even below substandard and the office smells like a gas station bathroom. I don't usually post reviews, but in this case, I had to.

Evidently the previous person that wrotr a reveiw cannot read! the sign out front saysFROM 125+tax and deposit.It's very strange and happens ALL the time that when J Public misreads a sign or can't follow a simple policy they blame it 0n every body else! And I dare the zinith to go any where in the city of phoenix and get a room for a week at $20.00 or less a day

This place has the worst customer service staff and manager. The staff thinks that they are doing you a favor for staying there. The sign says 125.00 a week but I paid 165.00 plus 35.00 deposit and that doesn't include a remote control which will be a 5.00 deposit that is non refundable and phone which there is a 10.00 deposit but your locals calls are .25 each and incoming calls are .10 each. The room carpet needs to be replace. Don't waste your money or your time on this Motel unless you just can't find anything available.
