Courteous service professional, Gary, performed our quarterly service. He explained treatment materials used outdoors and also inspected some indoors areas where we had seen activity recently. Gary arrived within the prearranged time frame and asked enough questions to be certain that our concerns were addressed.

I had Brothers Termite & Pest come out to my house for the first time after having a lot of ants in and around the house. The technician arrived on time and was very informative about the treatment process and took the time to explain what was being done. He spent a considerable amount of time both inside and outside of the residence.

Bret and Gary came and serviced my house for ant activity and did a great job. They arrived right on time, listened to my concerns and discussed with me the right treatment. I just went thru the pain of having 5 termite companies at our house because we I found some tubes in our bathroom. After talking with them we decided on Budget Brothers Termite & Pest. My wife found them on the internet. Wow they were here for over 3 hours drilling and trenching the entire house.They showed up on time clean truck clean uniform even wore shoe covers in my house.
