I waited an hour to have a"""dr"""" tell me that simply because I didnt change my address with them i was banned at every biomat lol thanks guys csl is way better

This Place is ran by idiots. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They will lie to your face while saying, "oh, only two more in front of you." Well, I sat there for 7 hours and was never seen and they lost my paperwork. So, when they checked they was not even looking at my name. I use to donate at a Biolife in Iowa and they were great. This place I can't even give my middle finger too because this would be giving them to much credit. I just can't believe a facility like this is so unorganized to this extreme.

Came here as a new donor today have been here over 8 hours and still havent been called and they don't even guarantee that they will call as they are not required too, now I see why CSL Plasma in Tempe has so many donors because atleast with them, you show up, you get to donate, this place is a big joke really, they better get it together because CSL is opening a branch here in Phoenix

Went to this location today and wait over 3 hours and asked, will I be seen today and they waited till 10 minutes till closing to tell me they couldn't do it today. They had over 10 guys doing drugs in the bathroom. After I saw someone else talk to staff about it, they did nothing. Bunch of drug addicts trying to get their next fix. Kind of sad when you think about it!!!!!!!!!!!
