On Sat 11-06-10, we are happy we drove to, stopped and shopped at this great bike shop after recommendations from a swap meet big-time upscale bike seller who buys here regurally. Totally amazed at the owner's attn to stop his work and attend to our requests and questions regarding our TREKs needs. Due to this gentleman's kindness and bike knowledge, we ended up buying 2 sacks of some great choices of major brand parts & accessories that we were shopping for all the way outta our Sun City, 30 miles away. We appreciate his price discounting on our first time in ! Even without his introductory price reductions, in consideration of his top quality of his stock and displayed prices, BIKE ZONE outshined most other biek shops in the Phoenix Sun Valley that day !! I tried Bike Zone on a whim because places like Landis Cyclery were so over priced with the worst customer service.I'm very happy I did. Not only were the prices at Bike Zone VERY reasonable but the customer service was top notch. I have already recommended them to many of my friends and would do the same for you. As long as I ride a bike I will support Bike Zone!
