Beware of Malicious Techs

Beware. The techs here are malicious. Bought 4 truck tires. Did not get road hazard (first time in my life) because i was tight on funds. Within a month I developed a slow leak on one of the rear tires. It required refilling every 5 days or so. Went back to Big O and waited in lobby for them to repair. They brought me back and put a liquid over the side wall that showed a very very fast leak..the hole was big...at that time I noticed a bolt embedded in the tread about 3 inches away mid tire. They explained that because leak was on sidewall it couldn't be fixed. It was obvious that the bold was the source of my problem and not the fast blowing sidewall leak that magically appeared. The desk guy told me that they could get a new tire in the next day at a discounted rate....I wasn't going to get a better deal so even though i knew they were rip off artists I decided to get the tire then never go back. The next day after filling up my completely flat tire ( I live nearby) I went back to have the new tire put on. My wife was coming to pick me up and had already left. The front desk guy said it would only take a moment to put the tire on. I called my wife to tell her not to pick me up and to go to the mall as she had planned. 1 hour later they had only taken the old tire off. Plenty of techs standing around and joking. 3 guys in showroom sitting at desk talking. When I asked them why they weren't working on my truck they said "they are, they're doing it right now" even though I was physically looking at my truck from the front desk and could see that in fact no one was working on it nor had they been as I had been seated outside the garage. The owner sat right there at the desk and did nothing to help or to motivate his workers to get me out of there. It was terrible. I left angry. Tried to open my sunroof vent only to find out it didn't work anymore. When I got home i discovered that it had been duck-takped down.. I am still trying to get the goo from the tape off. BE VERY CAREFUL AND WATCH EVERYTHING IF YOU GO HERE!!!
