The boxes dont fit any normal size couch and are made out of a flimsy plywood. They have no contract that shows the agreement, so if you negotiate at all, they just change it all in the end. They told me I needed 3 boxes and gave me free delivery, when the 3 boxes only fit 1/4th of our things, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for the delivery, I called the same day they were delivered and they wanted to charge over $100! Then I was suppose to have free drop off and all of my notes point that out, but because they dont record or contract any of this, at the end they charged me another $100! Sandy, who I guess is a manager, actually yelled at me, I think to show her employees how to stand firm and get more money. They made my moving experience extremely stressful, even more so than it usually would be! They need to use a specific contract that proves either what the customer is saying or them as the business.

Highly recommend...stored for about 90 days, then helped me move from Scottsdale to Buckeye. Professional and friendly staff. Also was the best price I found for Climate controlled facilities. They made the move easy.

Excellent service, and a good price. Was able to store belongings for 6 months then ship to VA. It was much cheaper than renting a truck and the storage was the cheapest I found. Highly recommend them.
