Dear Manager,

I am very upset for the ill mannerism of a certain individual in your syore. Yesterday I was at your store in Paradise Valley, a real nice and very knowledgeable young man by the name of Sam ( deserves 5 STARS) helped me in the purchasing of an Escort Passport at the price of $454.99 plus a DC slitter for $19.99. Unfortunately when I opned the box there was no bracket to hook tis item to the windshield of my car.



Here my complaint: I called your store several times, I was put on hold and then they just hung up on me. Finally, after an entire hour I got someone on the line and from there I was transferred to 5 differnt people, then the last person, a very rude person, (who supposedly trained Sam ) first he insisted that I should have the bracket in the box. I explained to him that I did not have it, then, with a very irritate tone, he told me to go to any Best Buy and ourchase one. I requested to speak with Sam since he knew what I purchased and he could ship to me the brachet and charge it to my account.and if he was busy, please to call me back, but this VERY RUDE man hung up on me.



The rudeness of this individual is unacceptable. I will return the Radar Detector to yor store and purchase it through another company. Too bad, you lost a good customer, I am new here in AZ and I need quite few electronic things.

Also I will make sure to tell my friends not to shop at Best Buy, and you know, with the holidays coming up, everyone wants a new toy...........



I hope you will talk and train your staff to be courteous and well manner on the floor and the phone.
