Have eaten in and ordered out several times and get more pleased EVERY TIME.

It's not what it use to be. I don't if it management mistakes or new ownership for the location. It is what it is.

STAY FAR AWAY.....DOOR FROM HELL!!



Front door hits you in the a__ on the way IN not OUT as the saying goes. I pulled front door handle to enter and ended up on the floor face first. Female employee came to my rescue and commented "the door has been broken for a while." What looked like the father and son owners came out to see what was going on, helped me up, and offered me some water. So far so good. I was feeling shaky, out of breath, hurting and frustrated. I told them to fix the door. At that point the owners denied that anything was wrong with the door and actually insinuated I WAS UP TO NO GOOD shaking his finger at me and saying "I know what you're up to" He at numerous times mentioned I was not hurt. They were out of control and missed the mark entirely. This was a humiliating, disgusting, and frustrating experience. I merely went in for some salami and got way more than I bargained for. Salami and bread have been the only items I would buy there because since it is no longer Amoroso's, the quality of food has gone way down. Now I will no longer step a foot on their property for anything. Too dangerous!! A business with no integrity, character or compassion. And lousy, expensive food.!
