Needed to get my mother flowers for same day delivery for her birthday. This place told me a price and an estimated delivery time. I never saw any pictures or or anything before ordering.

My mother sent me a picture of the flowers and they are a beautiful spring mix. Cost close to $100 but worth it for my mom. Delivered same day.

They exceeded expectations and were fantastic I highly recommend!!

I chose Roadrunner Florist based upon the Yelp reviews and my decision to go with a small family owned florist was well founded. I needed a special arrangement for a close acquaintance funeral. When I called, the owner (I assume) was in her car likely making a delivery. She asked me to hold on and then once she was safely pulled over, went over options as I told her what I was seeing on their very thorough website. She knew each product as if she was looking at the website with me.

She made recommendations that I never would have thought of. I knew what my budget was but she didn't ask what I wanted to spend; however instead saying such and such would cost $75 and asked if that was within my budget. She had no idea that my budget was actually $150-$200. We completed the order over the phone with the agreement that the arrangements would be delivered later in the day. I was told that they send a text to advise when the delivery is being made and they send photos of the arrangement(s). I thought this alone was amazing, because so often in the past when I've ordered flowers then a day or two later visited the recipient, I was embarrassed by what I saw.

I believe $165 for a delivered arrangement (we actually went with two items because I wanted greens as well as colorful floral) is not a small purchase and for me to give them 5-stars means that what was delivered was worth that and possibly more.

The owners of this flower shop was patient and amazing in how she located me and handled my situation! I couldn't be more happy!! Tina went out of her way to make sure that she found,& contacted me in order to deliver them .. they were exquisite! I at first dodged her texts and calls thinking this was a server if some kind .. so she never gave up texting me .. always leaving me her name, number of business, so I looked up roadrunner florist on yelp , Tina answered the phone listened to my predicament and discreetly delivered the flowers as per my instruction! Thank you so much for your personal touch, understanding & Professionalism! You are the BEST Tina !!

This place knows how to do customer service right! Call Tina, she will customize a gift basket for any occasion, even incorporate fresh flowers from sister company Roadrunner Florist. Basket Express has been in business over 20 years, must be doing something right!

I must tell you about this terrific gift basket shop! I ordered 18 gift baskets for Christmas and each one was wonderful. They were full of exactly what I asked Tina to to (which was a lot of chocolate and she even had fudge) and topped with a beautiful bow. Every one of the lucky people who got one called me to tell me how nice they were. I highly recommend Basket Express!

Just the other day, I ordered a gift basket from Basket Express and my customer loved it. They said it was the best one they have ever received. It surprised them at how much stuff was in the basket and how beautifully it was arranged. They asked me where I ordered it from so they could order some for their clients!!

Boy, am I glad I found Roadrunner Florist. I was looking for a gift for a friend in at St. Joseph's Hospital. I hunted all over the Internet (most of the listings aren't real flower shops anyway) and then I called the hospital. They recommended Roadrunner Florist. I'm so glad they did! Anyway, I spoke with Tina. She's terrific! She owns Basket Express, which she told me is a gift basket shop inside Roadrunner Florist. Anyway, my friend was in the ICU at the hospital where she couldn't have flowers, so Tina suggested I send cookies and fruit with a teddy bear and a couple balloons. Let me tell you, that was the best idea ever! My friend was able to enjoy the goodies and share them with her family and even the nurses at the hospital! I would recommend Tina and Roadrunner Florist and Basket Express any time! They're great!

I wanted to send my daughter something special to her work on her birthday. After reading numerous reviews I choose Roadrunner Florist. Tina was wonderful in helping me select just the right plant for someone who has an allergy to most flowers and manages to kill most plants. The plant is beautiful and should survive well in her office setting. Oh, and also the cookies were well received and quickly devoured! Great customer service is a priority with me and you certainly accomplished that with your personal touch and attention to detail, as well as timely delivery. They say when you can't say it loud enough or sincere enough, or are crying too hard, say it with flowers. I called Roadrunner Florist to express my simpathy to our extended family when our Great Grandmother passed away. I waited till the last minute to call and Roadrunner Florist welcomed my request to arrange a nice, soft and loving piece to be delivered to the Mortuary that same afternoon. Thank you for your prompt personal care. The arrangement was so well received that some commented to me just how beautiful "my" flowers are. Thanks for your kindness, skill and customer service.

Very curtious, friendly and helpful on the phone in chosing what arrangement to send. Just order the arrangement today, so the arrangement has not been received. I will be back to give another review once the arrangement has been received. As far as customer service goes I give this florist shop an A+.

I went to Roadrunner florist and purchased " Stargazer Lillies" for my mother and fathers anniv. They have bloomed sooo beautifully. Pamela and Tina were both wonderful to work with. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking for a flourist !!!

Tina was recommended by Campus Florist as they didnot deliver in the area I wanted. Tina was so helpful and understanding on such short notice to get an arrangement that afternoon to the morturary in honor of a dear friend's passing.The price was also very reasonable and on top of it I got a thank you card with a $5.00 off on my next order. I am a fan of their facebook page and have seen other beautiful arangements shown there.

Tina was a great help. We had 24 hours to get a floral arrangement to a Funeral Home in Phoenix, and we were traveling from Chicago. Tina took extra time to confirm actual time of the funeral, and made sure the arrangement arrived on time. Quite honestly a good portion of florists don't worry about this important detail. We also receive an e-mail confirmation with an option to view the arrangement prior to arrival! Road Runner Florist sweats the details, and it is greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again.

An answer to prayer. Finding the right florist when you are 900 miles away was wonderful. Tina was fabulous. Took care of all our needs for a funeral. Flowers and fruit basket were outstanding. She showed a genuine concern for our situation. Friendly, helpful and just plain nice to deal with. Would recommend this florist to any and all.
