We are a local family owned and operated business. We got into this business because my second child was a thumb sucker and after having my carpet cleaned I was worried about the chemicals residues left behind. Especially since I knew he would be putting those hands in his mouth. I began the search for a safer method. After all, what was the point in feeding my kids organic baby food when they were absorbing chemicals from the very floor they played on?! I was sure that as others saw the harmful effects of chemical residue they too would appreciate a pure and natural method. Being an entrepreneur at heart I set out to offer something better for people like us who are concerned about our family's health and safety. We chose the name Barefoot Organic Carpet Care because it reminds me of that comfortable feeling of bare feet on thick, soft, pure, guilt free cleaned carpet.
