I've ordered birthday cake from these guys for years. They're always good looking, great tasting and easy to work with. The cake is rich and delicious, available in a wide variety of flavors and will work with the customer for a custom design. I love them.

Watch out! when I went to pick up a wedding cake (on Saturday afternoon) for a family celebration on Sunday--the Barbs Bakery staff had not baked the cake...and had left my confirmed order on their "pending" board...so it was never made. No appoligy...no sorry...no suggestions on what to do to find a wedding cake on a Saturday afternoon...nothing. Just a unfriendly employee that just strugged his shoulders and said, well...the order was not completed (by their staff), so we didn't execute on the order. Now...if you saw a pending wedding cake order...wouldnt you try to confirm the order?????

Again, no appology, no empathy...NO SERVICE...and no wedding cake.

A HORRIBLE experience!
