Guy answering the phone is rude. Hung up and mocked me. Thought I had the wrong number but after calling 3 times and getting him I realized he works there.

No excuse for that sort of disrespect when I was polite and respectful.

I called and spoke with a man that hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I was shown more respect from MCSO information line employees!

This place is awesome, I had called all over phx. And I got no where the other companies was rude and stressful to deal with but I called U.S.A bail bonds and I had no problem and it didn't take that long the guy asked me a few questions over the phone he was friendly and funny, and once I got to the office Destiny was awesome and fast. If u don't want to get frustrated and stressed out try this place first if I ever get in this situation I will call this place first.

I attended this place to get help on getting a bond. I had to leave 20% of the bond in cash. I was told the process would take 24 hours. A week went by and they had not resolved anything. I called every day and I was always told that the bond would be posted that day and to call back later. Finally after a week they told me that they did not approve the bond and to go and get my 20% back. When I went to pick it up, the manager told me I could not have my 20% back until he called the IRS and reported me, because he felt that I was trying to scam the IRS out of their tax money. He wanted to hold my money for 2 weeks. He said "it's in our policy to report suspicions money to the IRS", I asked him to show me a copy of the policy and he refused. He said " I am the manager, what a say goes, there is no need for a policy". Not only did Bail Bonds USA lied to me every time I called, they also said I was an illegal, and I was trying to rob the United States out of their tax money.

Thanks to all the team at bail bonds usa. They help me get my cousin out 2x when no other bail company would.
