Excellent! Professional, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Honest!!! Roy helped me identify a problem with some shoddy work done by a local pool repair person. When I called in, Roy immediately identified the problem. Which was that my pool pump and impeller were too strong for the plumbing and filter on my pool. He then recommended the appropriate changes that needed to be made to the pump assembly. He personally showed me how to make the repair and reassemble the pump after the repair was made. Roy helped me get my pool pump back on track. It works perfect now with the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend this company!

Poor customer service. If your pool needs service, expect to wait at least a week for repair-that's if they even show. Very expensive too.
