I bought a forclosure house in 12/31/2011. Ac was old, bank put in new compressor using this company. first day move in -no heat- after several calls to company and directly talked to seller agent , they came out fixed it. Broke again 1 week later. I saw a big hole on the side of the ac unit and sign of oil leak. called company, owner said that the oil was from previous compressor and that he is only responsible for the current compressor but not for the big 6in.X4in. hole on the side of the ac that is evidently contaminating the ac and who knows what else is going on in there. He admited that he did see the big hole when he was there installing the new compressor.His warranty was only for 30 days labor on the new compressor which was already passed due since bank paid him to put in the ac on November,2011. He charged bank around $1300 for new compressor with labor according to the receipt i requested from seller agent. So obviously from the time the inspection was done to the two weeks after purchasing the house, there is a hole on the sign of the ac unit, evidence of oil leak on the roof and no heat running. This company is unethical. don't use them. I had to admit that the inspection was obviously not done well either.Been meaning to write this review a long time back but finally had a chance to really get this done. Hope this will help others.

I looked long and hard to find a company that would be able to repair my A.C. units properly and as a small business owner ,the price needed to be within my budget. After contacting and hiring some of these companies i found I was putting money out but nothing was being properly repaired and replacing the units was all any of the companies was intrested in. Then I was almost ready to give in then I was introduced to AZ Emergency Mechanical. they were very friendly and knowledgable they looked at the units and never once suggested to replace them. Within a day my units were up and running and at a cost that was lower than I could have ever expected. I was even offered a payment plan if needed. The whole expirence was turned around by the technitions from AZ Emergency Mechanical. I will now use AZ Emergency Mechanical for all my AC needs.They are by far the best company I've ever had the plessure of hiring.
