I'll give this place 2 stars, only because Snow did a great job on my pedicure. She was fast, and it turned out great. What really brought the experience down was the other nail technician who was doing a pedicure next to me... what a DISASTER. Not only was she huffing and puffing, complaining that she wasn't feeling well, she was answering her cell phone and fighting with someone over the phone-- while she was giving a pedicure! If she had been doing my pedicure I would have got up and left! It was awkward enough just sitting next to her, having to listen to her the entire time. For the entire 45 minutes I was there I had to listen to this woman openly curse, complain, and moan about her problems... and this place is small. It was completely unprofessional and ruined my experience. Definitely was not worth the $27(including tip) I paid. If Snow is wise, she will let this woman go.

Nail Technicians are very experienced, friendly and the shop has an environment unlike any other nail salon I've been in. Very comfortable and relaxing plus it doesn't have that chemical smell like most nail salons.
