If I am giving this location 1 star is because of the actual apartment. The apartments look great, very spacious, a modern layout and the property keeps up with their landscape. In the other hand, the community offers amenities (or should I say charges for amenities) they can't truly offer. The price you pay for an apartment not only is for the housing but also the community. When I moved in 2 years ago, the price was well worth the value but fast forward 6 months and everything changed. In 2013 someone ram and broke the secondary gate. The office fixed it and when it broke again, they choose not to fix it. Instead, they chose to nightly chain the gates. I honestly thought it was a temporary fix but until this day, it's still not fixed. The gate even has a time when it will be open and close but they do not follow it of course. So now we have one gate that opens but to make it all better, that gate always remains open. I don't mean scan your key and open it but always permanently open. Please explain to me how a complex charging as a "gated community" keeps their gates unlocked or chained.



There are a lot of rude people who live here and that's not the management fault but expect people to park in your parking spot daily and get mad when you ask them to move. If you live by the smaller pool you'll have to suck it up and deal with the balcony jumping kids, the neighbors who never cleanup after their dogs when they walk them and having to drive all around the parking lot because they refuse to fix the gate. Also, the animals. Cats, dogs and birds everywhere. The front porch needs to be cleaned hourly to avoid bird feces and birth feathers and don't even try to walk on greens. Security is never around and it seems like complaints or reports are useless anyways. For example I once had to report one of their security members for doing drugs inside the clubhouse while I was still renting it. (management handled it well thankfully). Fast forward 2 years and they continue to bring the price up. Even after I confronted them with these same concerns they did not even try to make a new offer.



Overall great apartment and location, good management but horrific community and style of living.

STAY AWAY!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!

The day I moved in I knew I had made the biggest mistake. The carpet was dirty, the blinds were different colors and sizes and many other details in the apartment, and they call them luxury apartments... I went to the office and made a complaint, they show you a very nice model and you think your getting something similiar but you don't Since then office people are rude and they try to fine you for any little thing. By the second week that I had moved in they had already given me 3 fines. I have seen SCORPIONS inside and outside my apartment. It is sad that you come home and don't feel comfortable because you feel abused by management and roaches and scorpions.I have lived in other apartments and never had a problem before so I truly recommend you to look around these are not worth living in. Management won't listen to you. They say they love their residents but truly they HATE their residents. I will feel stress free and relieved once I moved out of the HORRIBLE apartment complex. WORST PLACE EVER.
