Use my 03 Mountaineer for work and when the AC went out I was on a tight time crunch to get it done. Mike and his team got me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and gave me options in a timely manner. We replaced the compressor and it has been ice cold ever since. Well done!

The 'Check Engine' light came on in my car and I took it here to see what was causing the problem. After spending some time assessing the engine and reviewing the computer codes the mechanic determined it was a loose gas cap and nothing more. Mike didn't even charge me, told me to come back and see them when I had a real problem. Very trustworthy and honest, I cannot recommend them enough.

We own a small business in Phoenix and when we had an air conditioning problem in one of our trucks we found Mike and the guys at Auto Air & Electric.We have been taking all of our business and personal vehicles to them for the last 5 years.I had a problem with my 2007 Escalade and dropped it by for Mike and the guys to check. they checked it out then called me and said they thought it was still under warranty even though it was past 50K miles. They called the dealership, had them pick it up, repair it and drop it back. This repair was over $1000 and I would have never known about the warranty if Mike had not checked it out.You can trust these guys for honest work and fair prices.Thanks Guys!Johnny

Had our A/C serviced by them in 2008. Paid over $800 to fix the "mode door actuator" on our Chevy Trailblazer. Same thing broke this summer, and I fixed it myself in less than 30 minutes!!!!! Boy they sure did rake me over the coals...or didn't know what they were doing and spent 8hrs fixing a problem that should take 30 minutes. see below for details.I was told that is was so expensive as they had to remove the dash which takes 8hrs of labor for only a $30 part. I was happy with the work at the time because I thought they were being truthful and it was the middle of summer and we needed A/C.Same problem happened last week. I decided to take it to another A/C shop in hopes it wouldn't cost another $800. Well the same thing was wrong...broken "mode door actuator" my stomach sunk at the thought of putting another grand into an old car...think again.....I looked up on the internet how to fix it and it only took 30 minutes to put in a new "mode door actuator" and $45 for the p

Always efficient, never over priced. In fact, I was not charged once for checking the electrical system because there was nothing wrong and I had just been in with another vehicle. Another time, I needed a new air conditioner and received free cabin air filters.Forget second opinions, just bring your vehicle here!

I am an automotive idiot. I can't not admit it. I am one of those that has to trust the places I go to get our vehicles look at. I also work for USAA so please know that working for a customer service champion I expect the best service when I go somewhere and share it when I've had great and not so great experiences. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repair.

Until I starting coming here I always felt like I was getting ripped off at auto shops. Here, my bill is always less then I think it should be. And, on one occasion the shop owner even told me that since the work I needed wasn't something his shop specialized in it would take them more longer and I could get the work done cheaper somewhere else.

I was quoted a repair price for a pan gasket on a 4 wheel drive Expedition, ours is a 2 wheel model making the repair a lot more expensive. They honored their original quote and completed the repair. They are real stand-up guys and we call on the to do all of our auto repair work.
