First rate job – again! This is my second time hiring Atlantic Locksmith Store . The first time I needed a door lock fixed and the second, I needed help to get through my own front door. Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Atlantic Locksmith Store , it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there.

Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour.

Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs.

Showed up right on time and took care of things! Tired of manually opening the garage space, I needed a new lock for the garage door. Tim from Atlantic Locksmith Store fitted me with a nice remote controlled door lock. Its been over a week now, and I simply love the new lock installed. I also got a good bargain on the selling price of the lock. If you need your moneys worth, Id recommend you hire them. Hands down, the BEST in Phoenix, AZ. Call them you wont regret it.

After I read about a break in at a house barely three blocks away, I was shaken. It could just as easily have been my home! I wasnt ready and I knew that with the current security infrastructure, my house would barely stand a chance against criminals. So, I called up Atlantic Locksmith Store . I read online on their site that they offered free security audits, and thats exactly the thing I was looking for. They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner. Theyd identified plenty of weak spots, and Dave took the time to explain it all to me and advised me on what needs to be done. Without any second thought, I gave them the go-ahead! Two new locks, three fixed doors and a state-of-the-art security system later, I now feel completely secure. Thank you for doing an excellent job at an excellent price. Can't imagine what else you would want from a Locksmith; they were professional, prompt, competitively priced and upfront with the information. I got a deadbolt installed went with the $189 version, they're very honest describing the differences and which one suits your need.

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Atlantic Locksmith Store ).

John was just great. He was on time even called 5 mins before to let me know he was parking nearby. He was reasonable and since I payed cash I got an even better deal! PLUS he was professional and funny and even gave me a complimentary coffee mug. Lastly, the name of the company is Atlantic Locksmith Store.

When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
