We used Aspen for years, now they are under new management and service is horrible! 81 degrees in my house, called them out, the guy came and put in a pound of freon and charged me $100. This did not fix the problem, now it's 84 degrees in my house and they came back and determined the problem is TXV expansion valve which needs replaced, same one they replaced 2 years ago. They say they have no paperwork from the previous owner, so I provided a copy of mine, but they say they won't warranty it, so now I'm out another $1,000 to have it replaced again, plus the 100 bucks wasted on Aspen to misdiagnose the problem in the first place! Don't waste your time and money with this company!
