Let the buyer beware!!! While Ashley Furniture may have some nice things, they rate a big fat ZERO for customer service. They NEVER answer their phone - even during busniess hours.. They do not respond to letters or to faxes outlining problems with deliveries. Appeals to upper management are met with a take it or leave it attitude, that is IF you get to actually speak to someone. I have yet to reslove my problems with Ashley despite repeated attempts over several months - totally unacceptable. I would recommend shopping elswhere where the owners place a higher premium on customer satisfaction. It's just not worth the hassle to shop at Ashley's Furniture!
