Selection great. Screwed up pricing system. Got one price, came back and got less . Always look on internet it’s better than their advertised or Manager’s special. It’s almost as bad as buying a car, getting a price for stuff. When you finally get a phone call for delivery, calling back and waiting anywhere from 5-23 minutes to get a human.
I refused one barstool, ordered one too many, they wouldn’t fit in my home, the next week the truck showed up and tried to deliver it again even though in their system it said refused. Phone call from knucklehead office folk telling me I had to come in the store to get paid back, even though the whole order went on synchrony finanincial, their finance arm. I told the knucklehead I never got billed yet and he said oh yeah you don’t have to make the 30 mile drive to the store for credit.
Furniture is nice, a bit overpriced but the whole experience sucked.

My husband and I went in just to look around at some couches and had the best service there is. Ricky and Rocco were extremely helpful and helped us with all of our needs. We ended up buying a new mattress that helped with our health needs and getting the living room set we wanted for free! I highly recommend this store as they are the best we have encountered. Very nice store, friendly staff, and good prices! Thank you Ricky and Rocco you made our home feel more like home!

Purchased a couch and love seat, over $2K. It arrived on time, with no issue in product. However, after two days, I realized that it was just too large for my apartment. I called customer service and begged for an exchange, something. I was told that if it was too large I should have refused delivery. The guys who delivered it had to carry it up four flights of stairs. Even though I knew right away that it was too big, I was too embarrassed to say something to the poor guys...I thought to myself, I can make it work. Nope, after two days, I knew it was just too big. I guess I am used to GOOD customer service policies, because I thought theirs are obsolete in today's world. I also had a second experience with an online purchase....That was a total nightmare. Items arrived broken, which was not evident until after opening the package and broken mirror glass cascaded all over the place. In order to return them, I had repackage them and physically return to a store location. MYSELF. I am 61 years old and not nearly as strong as I used to be, and because I just moved, of course with all the extra strenuous activity my two herniated, bulging discs were already totally aggravated. I had to return them myself or do nothing. I am still upset over their policies. Word to the wise: if you don't like something about your purchase, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PURCHASE!!! YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHTS! Ashley Furniture Corporate sets the rules...I can't bring myself to feel anger toward the individuals who are probably earning miinimal wages...I am not satisfied with Ashley Corporate! This is definitely a business where it is "BUYER BEWARE" -My advice: BEWARE!

I just want to warn anyone that is buying from here not to expect customer service. Once you pay for an item, it will be difficult to get a rep on the phone to help or answer any questions. We made the mistake of believing the guy in the outlet store regarding delivery and the cleaning of the material for the couches. But after countless calls, we got no where, had no idea when the item would be delivered, cost of delivery, etc. We just had to sit around and wait. After the whole thing was over, we tried to voice our opinion with a "customer service rep". Don't be fooled, they don't care. No one ever called us back. Also, going online retrospectively, I see that they don't care about service, especially once they have your money.
