At least one of the employees either had no interest in helping me or had no idea about the products they carry. I asked one employee if he had a certain product and his answer was I don't think we have it. I was about to walk away but the tone of his voice seemed to me that he just didn't care so I stopped and asked, are you just saying that or do you really not have this product. Once I asked that, he walked over to his computer to look it up and no shock to me, they had it. After he walked me over to the isle and I grabbed what I was looking for he said wow, it's nice to know we have those. I really wasn't shocked that he had no clue about the inventory but more of the dismissive attitude he had we I first asked if they had something. I only went there because I only needed two things that really any hardwood store would carry. If someone there says they don't think they have something, ask them to look it up. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I was very disappointed with Ace Hardware on Saturday morning of November 28th, 2015. The customer service was disgusting! I went to Ace because I needed supplies. When I first went into Ace, no employee greeted me or even bothered to take notice in me. Which isn't the big problem to me. They took long round about paths to avoid walking by me. It took me about twenty five minutes to find what I was looking for because no one was willing to spare a few seconds. Then I proceeded to a register where I stood for five minutes. Since no one helped me there, I then moved to another register where I then stood for an additional ten minutes! Many employees at this point took notice of me standing at a register with supplies in hand and on the counter, but yet no one came to check the items out for me. I can deal with terrible customer service but you have to at least let the customer buy the product. I do not suggest to go to Ace Hardware anytime soon. I personally will not return to this Ace.
