Art is probably the most honorable and ethical businessman that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Our A/C broke down 3 weeks after we purchased our home. Had a different 'big' company come out, charged us for the call, and sent a salesman out to sell us a new unit. We couldn't afford the new unit, and started inquiring of friends of someone that was honest and wouldn't gouge us. Art was recommended, and he spent his entire Sunday, with two trips back across the metro area (from Litchfield, to Florence) to get the necessary parts to fix our unit.
