Worst experience ever, very bad customer service, nasty and threatening letters all time. about coming due payments, never refund any of the money the take form you on your down payments. I highly don't recommend this insurance.

My car insurance was financed with Arizona which I cancelled 2 months later because I found cheaper insurance with a better company that didn't need to be financed. I have called Arizona so many times to find out the status of the cancellation and my refund and every time I call, those bitches that answer the phone are so nasty. The last time I called today, I found out my refund check was mailed and the rep was nasty about giving me information about my own money. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. They don't have clue about customer service.

I am an insurance agent here in CA and have used APF for several accounts and have had no issues. Even with past due accounts they have worked with my insureds. When I call there is always a live person to speak with that is knowledgeable about what is going on between the right and left hands.
