I purchased a Poweball Lottery ticket in another state. It was a very small winner but couldn't get a pay out at a local convenience store, they just told me they couldn't read the bar code. Called the office and found that each state is responsible to pay the tickets sold in their state. The person that helped me by phone was very nice and helpful.
