Located in Phoenix, Ariz., AZ Lost Boys Center serves as a charitable community center. Established in April of 2003, the center offers programs and resources for Sudanese war orphans, resettled in Arizona. It assists children and adults in seeking education and employment. In addition to organizing a host of recreational activities, both on-site and off, the center awards scholarships to the orphans for attending technical schools, colleges and universities in the Phoenix area. The Arizona Department of Revenue has listed the AZ Lost Boys Center as a qualified charitable organization.
