Tried to do a short sale on my home with AZ Investors Alliance. The house ended up going to auction because they refused to send the mortgage company information they requested about the realtor. I sent it to AZ Investors Alliance the same day I got it, and sent AZ Investors Alliance an email saying they would be getting the information and to please return it to the mortgage company. They NEVER said anything about not receiving the realtor information from me. I got a call from AZ Investors Alliance late Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 saying the house was auctioned. I still had possessions in the house. Their standard response to everything was "no worries". Now thanks to them, I am now out over $5,000. A lot of things CAN NOT be replaced.
