I don't know how many times I have gone out the Campus for Compassion and seen at least half the kennels empty. I ask where they are they tell me adopted. BS I have a brick in the walkway there so I go periodically. The empty kennels still sit there while a beautiful building with a full staff does little of nothing. I will never donate anything to them again.
