This place is the worst eye center I have ever been to. I spent $1830.00 for 2 pairs of glasses that I cant see with. I went in for an eye exam over a month ago. After 2 weeks I received a call from Arizona Family Vision Center to let me know my glasses needed to be sent back because of a defect. 2 weeks later I got another call saying my glasses were done. I went in to pick up my glasses and could not see 5 feet in front of me. Everything was blurry and out of focus. The girl helping me said well thats how they are supposed to be if you tilt your head and look out the very top of the lense you can see better. I let her know I can not run around with my head tilted down to see across the room. She was insistant that I take the glasses and go away. When she handed me my Glasses, one pair of $900.00 glasses was wrapped in a tissue paper.. No case no cleaner just a $900.00 pair of glasses in tissue. After a month of waiting, I insisted on getting my money refunded, but they will not do that. If I was Damilola Lajubutu, OD I would be very dissappointed to be associated with this location. I spent $1830.00 for glasses and still dont have anything. I have filed a claim with my HSA Card to get my money back. If that does not work I will file a case in small claims to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and do not use this place. You will reget it. I will continue to post about this issue on every form of digital media I have access too.

The service I received at this office was exceptional... Magnificent attitudes between the employees!!!
