Nearing 2019, and the problems continue. After two years, they can't keep blaming previous owners, bad contracts, work that was 'more than they expected', or fired staff... Eventually, you have to consider the leadership. Out of necessity, we had them work on two vehicles. Communication was horrendous, bordering on belligerent disregard. They took MONTHS to do the work, and had to redo it due to both lies and ineptitude. At a certain point, I stopped pointing issues out when I checked on things--I just wanted them to finish so I could take the vehicles back and do the rest myself. Thank God we can! Weeks later, we're STILL fixing mistakes they made on one vehicle. On the second, we got it home the other day and already found parts left parts off, and leaks everywhere. It's a Chevy 350, for God's sake -- the most known engine around! I Don't Care about their Warranty -- trust is gone. I don't want them to touch my vehicles ever again. Maybe they'll get better, but they have a VERY long way to go. I even experienced confirmation, watching another customer get pissed off over shoddy workmanship and horrible communication. The owner certainly spends time crafting responses to any and every bad review on the Internet. He'd do better to spend his time taking things to heart and quietly making the improvements to employees and work quality/ethic.

Took my vehicle in for an engine rebuild. It doesn't have anymore power than with 275,000 miles on it. Now it has another exhaust leak. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Spend a little more money and get it right the first time some where else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I've taken my vehicle back 5 times and still not right. The owner told me to take it somewhere else to get their advise and let him know. Now he is trying to back out of fixing some things.
