My son went to the this clinc for his allergies. First off all they gave him the FULL 42 panel (or whatever number it is) allergy test. He was allergic to nothing. Dr. Wong, very nice and professional couldn't seem to figure out what was gonig on, presecribed a nasal medicine and we left.

Months later I asked called and asked the nurse Linda if I could get a generic as my insurance didn't cover the previous medicine. It took this woman at least 3 weeks to phone back after my repeated calls and she refused to prescribe a generic.



The following checkup my son was tested for asthma. Dr. Wong was out of the office so an assistant was helping. My son had a mask on his face and was timed. One nurse came in and said to stop. A minute later another nurse came in and told him to put the mask back on. This happend again and I finally told them to stop as the test was to be timed and would now be inaccuarate. I was furious, the PA said my son had asthma prescribed albuturol. I asked how she would know this as the test couldn't of been accurate. We had already been there for 2 hours and I refused to let them do this test again.



I gave up on this place and took my son to a different allergist. This allergist did a pediatric panel, and discovered it was mold my son was allergic too. He prescribed nasal meds and he has been fine. My son doesn't have asthma either.



I gave 1 star, because I really liked Dr. Wong the 1 time we saw him, but his assistants and nurse and everyone he surrounds himself with are terrible.
