Please do not support this place in any way. While the staff is nice, the director has no interest in the facility, doing her job, or adopting these animals out. After submitting and application for adoption and visiting and playing with a particular dog, I was finally contacted via email (after numerous phone calls and email attempts) only to be told that I was not chosen to continue the adoption process. Apparently having breed knowledge and experience, a sizable grass yard with blocked in fence, in a home that I work from, with no other current pets mind you, is not enough. Did I forget to mention that the animal has been there for over 4 months! I am disgusted with the lack of communication, and complete disregard of wanting to find these animals a home. Its places like this that push people to breeders and the purchase of animals instead of adoptions. Shame on you!
