Parked with them at waterfront in scottsdale, terrible experience, will never use again i would rather walk or park across the street.

We have used American valet for personal parties, recommended them to others and have a VIP sticker. We have never been disappointed, they have always exceeded our expectations.

I used American Valet at the Cliff Castle Casino, the service I recieved was terrible. I will never park valet again!

In the past six months, my husband was hospitalized at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea for more than eighty days. He has since passed, but I know he would agree that the service we received from your American Valet crew was very good. I asked for special care because I lived with my husband at the hospital for the entire time. Your crew made sure that I maintained a parking place near the entrance so that I could find my car easily. They also allowed me to keep my keys since I was staying each night. American Valet has provided parking management services at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport since April 1, 2008. During this time, American Valet has provided outstanding customer service to patrons, as well as maintaining a high level of reliability in shift coverage and revenue accountability.The company and employees demonstrated an exceptional level of flexibility with procedural changes and schedule coverage. In February of 2006, American Valet began to provide their shuttle services for approximately 100 of our employees to and from 2 parking facilities. Now, through our most recent parking phase, American Valet effectively shuttles more than 1300 employees from 7 parking facilities and we continually add more.American Valet has been extremely accommodating and quick to adjust for the constant changes. With the help of their courteous staff our employees have made the transistion of relocating their parking spots with ease. They have succeeded in making the ride on the shuttles a pleasureable one, as shown by their anonymous rider comment cards. In addition to their shuttle service, we have utilized their valet services for our special events. Our executive team personally requests their valet service, because of their superior customer service, ability to handle large events and difficult parking situations.
