I have used this company for work related purposes. The cab they send to pick up my clients are late about 80% of the time. When I say late I don't mean 5 minutes late I mean 20 to 30 minutes late. I have spoken worth Terry, person in charge, and was told she fixed the issue. So I used the service again and it was on time for the following week. Then it went back to crappy service. This time it was 35 minutes late to pick up my client! Never use them if you want to be on time.
