I found Tom about 8 years ago through a family friend of mine. I was just separated from my then ex-husband who was very controlling and abusive. I knew that I needed a strong lawyer as my husband had a business and was/is very charming. He knew what to say or how easy to find people on his side. Anyway when I met Tom he was very nice and polite at first he hold a box of chocolate and offered me some. When I started speaking to him about my situation and told him that after 35 years of abusive relationship that I wasn’t even allowed to have a friend. That how one by one he cut me from my family, pets and now he’s trying to cut me from my own kids who are his kids as well. I wasn’t allowed to go to my children’s house with out having his permission. That how he was beating me and bringing me down front of everybody, whoever he was trying to show off his power over me. Tom listened patiently and said he’ll help me. I had no money to pay him but that didn’t matter to him. He said we’ll work it out. It took 3 years to get my divorce. Tom was there for me in my courts and he guided me through. Mentally I had PTSD, Depression and anxiety. It was to the point that I couldn’t remember where I put my court papers and would calling the office and talk to Tawsha a sweet lady whose Tom’s paralegal. Yes they helped me a lot. I was on lots of medication for a few years and now I’m not. I have my house that I got fro my divorce and a respective full time job that everyone loves me at work.Tom and Tawsha stood beside me all the way through and gave me all the things that by law I was entitled to. I owe them all to Tom and Tawsha. God bless you guys you are angels who helped me through the darkest time of my life. I can’t ever thank you enough!!!

Am posting here because of his recent unethical patterns towards client. His communication style lacks quality and optimism such as refusing to meet in person and even phone calls. He also took all of my 10k breaking the agreement which was never provided to me or even signed at all. He also misled me and others regarding his hourly rate and his thoughts on possible outcomes.
