They towed my friends van out of a private resort... and towed it while our window to our home was wide open and turned out their lights to do it... pos company.....

This company illegally towed my car out of my drive way in a PRIVATE residence without my permission or permissions from our community. When called to see where we can find our car they were rude, unhelpful and would not provide the information that we needed. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL low life staff.

When you call their phone number, you get a recorded message that directs you push some buttons and the you have to call another phone number. The problem is that NO ONE will ever answer the second number! So, if you need to actually speak with a person, or if you need information, you are out of luck.
