We hired Alex Marble and Granite and on May 5 paid $1,000 cash money up front to Alex…Alex did not provide us any type of receipt…Alex manufactured the marble countertop and backsplash and delivered the product and attempted to install it….multiple probles arose with Alex’s workmanship the product and installation such he never attached the backsplash to the wall and it fell off..secondly the back section of the backsplash was broken into two pieces and he attempted to Epoxy glue it together which looks incredibly awful..Alex never completed caulking..Alex stated on five occasions (May 29, June 15, June 17, June 19, June 24) that he would return to complete the job including a new single piece of the back part of the backsplash and each time he never showed never called never tested that he wasn’t going to complete the installation…We contacted our general contractor Wes of Arch Angel Constuction LLC and Wes said that Alex is a crook and that we should contact a lawyer..as of July 1, 2020 Alex will not return phone calls or text messages..we have been ripped off..
