This place is absolutely horrible, I moved out end of May and just received a call from them about a water bill that hasnt been paid? When I moved out management told me I would get a bill for one month since their bill cycle is 30 days behind. I said that's fine gave them my new address and asked them to mail me the final bill. It's not almost Sept and get a phone call from management stating they will send my account to collections for $94.00 for 2 months of water bill that hasn't been paid. What the heck are you guys talking about? I paid my water bill with my rent for the month of April I would understand to pay May bill but where did you guys get two months worth of water form? This place is a MESS! They have no idea what they're talking about. I do not recommend living here not only is the management new and rude, but cars get broken in to all the time! I drive a decent vehicle after 2 weeks of just moving in to this place my car got broken in! I over heard Phoenix Police Department speak with management and they said Alanza Place is in the 5 top apartment brake ins! I highly recommend staying away form this place. The are many other areas close to the airport or ASU if your'e a student that you can live in. If you want to get calls months after you move in go head and live there.
