i received the wrong belt, the ad did not mention it was for the ac and i needed the engine serpentine. they agreed to ship me the one i needed and did not charge me the difference. i paid for return shipping of smaller belt. excellent customer service, i spoke with derek. i will do business with these people again......GOD SAVE THE REPUBLIC.
