I fly in to phoenix and find out I need a credit card and not a debit card to rent. I was told it would be $350.00 deposit and $150.00 for the rental. I was told I would get the $350.00 back upon return. Looking for a less expensive option, I was told about this place. I was quoted a rental cost on $150.00 dollars and a deposit of $250.00. I was thinking to myself great save an extra $100.00. This was all well and good until I went to return the car. This is when I was told by the same person that I would get my deposit back, that there was no deposit. I was the cost of the rental I paid. I told him that he said there was a $2500.00 deposit. The man/crook said I must have been mistaken and that I would not get anything back. I told him why in my right mind would I agree to rent a car for $400.00 when I could have gotten $350.00 back from a real rental company. I would sincerely discourage anyone from ever using this company.
