Provided by YP.comYou told us we needed a new ac and all we needed was a new part. You charged a monthly service fee of $14.00 and when I called for my 87 year old father at 6:30 I was told there would be another charge for after hours! People are having hard times now, not being able to trust companies like you makes it even worse! Luckily there are companies out there that are honest.
