Well that was horrible customer service . Late and after given the confirmation code no one knew what I was talking about. Had no info in the system . First time I called because they were already late the lady said (half asleep) it's 4 miles away . After argueing with her because I wasn't in the system . The taxi shows up and it's a small 4 door car, I had reserved a van from accommodate all my luggage ( I had called the day before to make sure everything was 100% and 3 days prior ) after being on the phone with the "customer service person" which wasn't to worried about Anthing she said well I don't know have a good day . The taxi driver felt bad and had another company come out and take us . About 2 hours later the "van driver " from the original transaction showed up and said I'm here im the taxi you ordered ... I laughed and closed the door by saying call your company . Worst experience . If it wasn't for the taxi driver nothing would been done he needs to work somewhere else . This company suck! .

no call another cab took me 2 hours just to have them tell me they had no able cabs in the area yeah don't use aguilas radio taxi

HORRIBLE taxi service! Do NOT call them!! They will not pick you up on time or at all!!! I called 2 hours in advance and asked them several times to make sure to pick up on time...and they never showed up!!!

!!REAL BAD COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!

Was in Surprise, AZ this past weekend and had 9 people total with a take-off time of 9:55 PM to Oakland with SOUTHWEST called and asked for 2 cabs a mini van and a car since we all wouldn't fit in the mini van the phone rep said we were all set.

The Mini van showed up but the cab car did not show up with the mimi van I asked the mini van driver where was the cab that i had asked for 2 vehicles a van and a car he wasn't aware of any other cabs he was told he was picking 5 people he called the company to find out what had happened and they told that the cab was on its way. Since I was told the cab was on its way I decided to stay behind with the other 3 of my group and wait for the car. I waited 30 minutes and called them and they told me that there was a mix up that they thought it was entered in as a duplicate so they canceled it that they would send one to us in 5 minutes I waited 10 minutes and called to find find out where the cab was they told me wait another 5 minutes that it was 2 miles out from my location. 15 mintes later still nothing called again and they tell me that they don't know what happened that they will call me back in 5 minutes that i'm on the high priority list they call me back and tell ask me if i can wait 20 minutes keep in mind its already 8:20 and it's a 45 minute drive to airport and our flight leaves @ 9:55 since It's already to late to call another another cab company tell them fine 30 minutes pass nothing. I call the cab company to find out where my cab is that its been over 30 minutes and that the cab hasn't showed up the rep on the phone was rude and unprofessional I had to ask twice if i was going to get cab in the next 5 minutes or not if i wasn't going to get it so i could call both the airline and the other people from my group to go ahead and not wait for us that we could catch the next flight out she eventually replied with a rude yes. i think it was about 5 - 10 when a cab finally showed up we had an awesome driver her name was Maria Beltran she was great she got to the airport with 5 minutes to spare.

EVEN THOUGH I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES AGAIN IF ANYONE WAS TO ASK FOR MARIA BELTRAN TO BE YOUR DRIVER.

This is The World's Worst taxi service ever!!!!

Never ever use that!!!!!!!

I used this service only once and that’s enough for me. They made me wait for 1 HOUR 30 minutes. That’s crazy!

I never had anything like that. So finally I lost my appointment with my Surgeon.

The Worst.

I agree with the other review. This taxi service is by far the worst. They are always late at picking me up..so i would call hours in advance thinking that would help but then they were even more late...and then when i was asking the driver what was taking so long he hung up on me!!! So then i called the office to get to see what the problem was they didnt care and hung up on me. This is the worst...dont waste your valuable time calling them for a ride! Cassie

Discriminating Taxi Co.

I would not suggest this company. I have called this taxi 12 different times, and eleven out of 12 of the times, they would not pick me and my family up. They may be cheap, but you can say the same about their service! I had a friend use them and the driver got lost and still over charged her the entire ,meter, even when he was lost and could not understand simple english. WE WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
