This small store really packs in the products needed for the older homes in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service EVER. Wanted to return items with my receipt but they were purchased from a different store. The store manager simply refused to do it even though they were new items and they sell them. He blamed it on the area and then eventually blamed it on them being locally owned. He then proceeded to talk about a return policy and when i asked where it was posted he pointed to Christmas return policy sign from 12-31-14.



I was going to purchase additional supplies and materials to take care of my new apartment totaling well over the $32 I was trying to return. Convienence was what ACE had. I will now drive out of my way to support a store who values service.



Customer Service is because you want to not because you have to. As a small business.....you should value your customers, or else the big boxes will win!
