Howards Ace treats customers poorly..... (bad business ethics)

I was falsely accused, and directly accused by a customer of "opening up multiple battery packs" and in affect stealing or committing some sort of wrong doing or nefarious activity within store premises. If I were to have committed any of the accusations that were recklessness thrown at me, I would not have handled the situation in which I did. I demanded to speak to the manager, to whom I requested to check the cameras, I requested a full body search, and I wanted the police to be called. The store manger, who was less than friendly and had a very aggressive demeanor and approach to the situation in which I was clearly a victim of an entirely egregiousness allegation, told me and I quote, "usually people who respond defensively in these situations, it means they did it". I do not know how he wanted me to respond, but I was accused of a crime or wrongdoing that I DID NOT commit, and again was essentially directly accused of either stealing or some other sort of wrongdoing or nefarious activity within their store which I absolutely did not commit or engage in any way shape or form. The store manager gave a seemingly hostile and half witted apology for what had occurred, clearly showing no sympathy for the way I was treated within the store that was entirely unacceptable. When the manager angrily asked me "what do you want me to do!", I replied, a written letter of apology would solve all of my problems with the way I was treated, and falsely accused, to which he audibly scoffed at the notion of a letter of apology, his entire demeanor was for me to essentially, get lost, but feel free to come back and spend more money with them. Yeah right... I will never spend another red cent at this company that obviously does not understand or appreciate the very basics in customer service, and in particular in resolving the particularly egregious nature of my encounter with the ugly side of this business. The final straw was when the owner, Howard, failed to call me back, as he said he would late incident when the transpired. I think a written letter of apology was completely justified for me to ask for, and Howard flat out said that that would NOT be something that he would do. I did express that this simple gesture would alleviate the situation in entirety. This location of ace hardware misrepresents the respectable friendly way in which Ace generally treats its customers, and clearly does not respect the manor in which they should conduct themselves in order to make customers happy and keep a good name for themselves. I guess the owner and managers were simply too rude and unable to see from my point of view how terrible treated I was within their store premises.Again I had ample opportunity to be out the door and gone had I committed any wrongdoing, instead I gave them the chance to redeem themselves and stuck around offered myself up to be searched, the cameras checked, and police called if they even had one bit of suspicion that I was not entirely innocent and therefore completely and entirely mistreated by this Ace location. The managers name is Scott Pearson who I found to be an extremely impatient, intolerant, rude and intimidating man. The owner, Howard, is not much better based on my experience. I feel that based on their poor business ethics that they should not be trusted with your business or deserve any of our hard earned money. Just my two cents and relating of my personal experience in which I have never been more demeaned and humiliated in my life by a business, ever. I implore other potential customers to stop, or to reconsider using this business. This could have been you in my shoes, and imagine how you would feel if you were treated in a similar manor. Falsely accused of a crime is a serious manner, unfortunately due to th...
