Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Easton. Friday night, end of a long hot week and our A/C took an unplanned break. I usually schedule all our services with you guys because your work is the best. Now I know our kids and pets will never suffer if the unit fails us again. Easton came out way after dark and got our unit cooling the house down in no time. And the new name is perfect. Like anyone else, I wasn't too happy when my air conditioner stopped working. I was dreading, thumbing through the list of a/c companies, hoping to chose the best one. I knew I would have to pay a high price and then have to wait for the 4 hour window times they usually give you. Never expecting any company would come out on such short notice and at the end of the day, at that. I decided to call "A Degree Above", only because I was intrigued by the name, mostly. I told them my problem and was advised someone would be out that same night. My a/c was up and running that same day with a price I could afford. I've been bragging to all my friends and family on the wonderful customer service I received.
