I like to look at reviews before buying anything whether its from amazon or a service like this. The reviews are mixed, but I took a chance and wasn't disappointed. The move was quoted for 6 hours; they finished in 5 hours. The crew they sent out was super fast and friendly. They came did their work, took payment and left. I feel like people are more prone to leave negative reviews than positive. Since my experience was good I felt the need to leave a positive review. Will use again if needed!

I used A & C Brothers Moving and Storage for my move last week,which I regret. I moved from a 2 bedroom to another 2 bedroom. The first problem was that Art Lopez (the Operations Manager that doesn’t know how to do his job) sent me TWO TEENAGE BOYS that were already exhausted from their previous job (they told me repeatedly) AND I supplied them with my water bottles because they didn’t have any. The second problem is that it took these kids 6.75 hours on a job that should have only taken 2-3 hours; which resulted in me dishing out $580 when I had anticipated a much lower cost, considering how long is should have taken.
I called Art to express my dissatisfaction with the way everything was handled, he said he would discuss it and call me back on that following Monday. No call. So I called again everyday and he was miraculously busy every time. It’s been a week and still no call back to resolve my upset.

This company lacks professionalism and good customer service.

BE WARNED! This is a horrible company. I was overcharged by $100. They charged me for things they did not use, for example I was charged $12 for a wrap around the mattress. They never used one. In fact, my mattress was filthy dirty after the move. The movers asked for a cash tip before they finished unloading the truck. They arrived two hours after the end of the window. The broke most of my furniture in some way. I am filing with the better business bureau. This is the worst experience moving I have ever had. They scratched my new hardwood floors. These guys stood around complaining about how heavy the couch was for about ten minutes before they decided to simply lift it by hand, but in the process they scraped it against walls and ceilings. So unprofessional. They movers had the audacity to complain to me about how the owner doesn't pay them for all the hours they work. I am a public school teacher... I am NOT the one to complain about not being paid for all the work you do. This was horrid. Please stay away from this company, they do not deserve to be in business.

Overall, the move went as expected. I hired them on Dec. 7th. The problem is that the movers made damage to the home I moved from and to the home I moved to. They took photos of the drywall damage and promised they would take care of repairs. The people that bought my home still haven't heard of A & C Bros Moving and neither have I, except when I call for a status report. They tell me the Operations Mgr will take care of it. Today is 12/24/2016. 17 days without contact. If this is acceptable to you, go ahead and hire them. I hope I don't get a bill from the new owners for the repairs.

Best Moving Services I have used! A&C Brothers Moving provided me with a great moving experience. Their office staff was friendly and clearly explained their service and pricing structure. The mover were great! They worked efficient and smart from beginning to end. I highly recommend A&C Brothers Moving to anyone who values their belongings.

I used A&C Brothers Moving & Storage to move me from Scottsdale, AZ to San Diego CA. I must tell you it's a breath of fresh air to find a company that follows through with everything they promise. They were clear on their charges and their service, the movers that arrived at my home were hard working, careful and courteous. They worked non stop until they were done loading the truck. All of my furniture was treated with care and protected properly with their moving blankets. They arrived the next day at my new home in San Diego right at 10 AM as they promised! Really hard to find a company that is reliable and punctual, but they delivered. The unload was smooth and efficient. They use the same moving crew to deliver which makes sense considering they are the ones that loaded up the truck. I could not be happier with A&C Brothers Moving & Storage.

I hired A&C Brothers Moving & Storage to help me with a large and complex move. The home that I moved out of was 3,600 Square feet with a five car garage packed from bottom to top. A&C Brothers provided me with excellent customer service and answered all my concerns in detail. There sales team was detailed in explaining to me how their pricing structure work and tips on helping me keep my cost down. On Move day the 5 men that arrived at my home were professional and careful with how they handled my belongings. They took the time to protect all of my furniture and ensure everything was handled with care. I would highly recommend A&C Brothers Moving to anyone in need of a higher level moving company.

They completely lied on their quote, and tried to get me to sign a non-disparagement agreement in exchange for a 50% discount on moving supplies they failed to even include in their quote. They were an hour later than their "window" too, leaving me, a disabled single mom with achild who has Asperger's syndrome, stuck either letting them do the job or paying extra for my apartment. I had planned my move for over a month, I had 5 quotes. They sounded completely legit, professional, and were $250 less than their next competitor. They intentionally low-balled and were completely horrible to deal with. I would move myself before hiring them again if they were the last moving company on the planet.

We had a large and complex move scheduled for July after contacting several moving companies, we came across A&C Brothers Moving. The customer service they provided was exceptional, they answered all my questions. We had many concerns especially when it came to protecting our furniture. Greg was exceptional in explaining the process from beginning to end. The day of the move Justin the team leader took charge and made feel at ease. These guys were awesome, top to bottom their professionalism and the care they took with our belongings was exceptional. Everything was protected and handled with care. We are extremely pleased with their service, I highly recommend their/services,,,,

I cannot say enough good about the men who came to my apartment to help me move. They got through the job quickly without hassle. I would recommend these guys. Also forgot to mention the guys were hunks LOL...
