I'm extremely disappointed in this Doctors office. The lady named Carmen that does referrals is not doing her job. She can't even remember talking to me twice which is not good work ethnic at all. If shes in the referral Department. I contacted the office manager and as of yet she has not contacted me to talk about a repeated on going problem about getting a referral and its not just me I have a lot of friends that see the nurse practitioner in that office and they are having the same problem not getting their referrals and repeated calls to this person Carmen. It's ridiculous to wait 3 months and still not have a referral and whats more frustrating is to have the person in charge arguing with you telling you that she never spoke with you and being extremely rude telling you that she never got a referral from the nurse practitioner. I'm terribly disappointed and concerned that a person in that field that's not taking their job serious and have the compassion to be willing to help a person that ill and needs that referral in order to feel well and get better! They don't deserve even a star.
