Provided by YP.comTook my wife here for our anniversary. The building was cold and so were the owners. When our waitress brought our bill, I told her we had a restaurant.com coupon and she immediately deferred to the owners. She said "just walk up and talk to them, they are sitting at the bar." Strike one for making your customer go get the owners and strike two for the owners sitting at the bar drinking. So I walk up to the bar to talk to them and they told me I had to have the coupon printed out. To which I responded "what do you think is the point of this mobile app." They didn't know. I hope that $25 coupon was worth losing two customers for life.
