Zakian Carpets is a wonderful company from the front end ( for me the associate who takes my carpet from my car) to the office personnel. Responsible, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and helpful are characteristics I have found

Thank you for your best effort to restore my badly soiled carpet, returned to me yesterday. I was upset and embarrassed by the damage that my cats did to the unseen section of the carpet over several years and I knew that I was asking a lot of your technicians. Thank you for the extra effort, which salvaged a discontinued carpet (not replaceable), important to our Victorian decorating scheme, and needed as a match in an adjoining room. I will be sure to recommend your services to my neighbors, fellow antique collectors, and old-house friends.
