Convenient service. Rides were very prompt and courteous. Would recommend for longer stays but too pricey with the extra fees if you are only parking for two days.

The owner Peter is very disrespectful to clients. Watch out for this place!!! Go to the competition!!! He lost a long-time client. I was upset as I believe my car was damaged by his teams during detailing. He claims he has videos and refuses to send them claiming it is a closed system. He says I should drive an hour to come see, but that is ridiculous. If an owner wants to rely on videos, he should be able to send them! You should never talk to an upset client that way. Go to the competition!!!

I have been a long time Winner Parking customer but NO more. If I could put NEGATIVE stars I would because of my most recent experience. I paid for the white glove service as I always do. (White glove service is where upon returning from your trip they bring you your vehicle and you get to leave straight from the airport and the driver gets a ride back from another employee). A Winner Parking driver got in an accident in my mother's vehicle on the way to drop the car at the terminal for us. Accidents happen so it was frustrating but understandable, what happened next is when the situation became ridiculous. I spoke to the owner of Winner Parking, Pete, he said all the right things and was so nice but it was all a farce. He took ZERO responsibility and claimed he couldn't do more or take care of the situation because of his insurance. My mother ended up having to use her own insurance and pay her deductible of $500 for an accident that we were not even involved in. My mother's insurance now has to go after Pete's insurance for her to even have the possibility of getting her deductible back. I will never use Winner Parking again and I will tell others not to use them as well, like I am doing now. Just remember you are rolling the dice using Winner Parking. If there is ever some sort of issue that happens it will be amplified from their lack of customer service.

As a first time customer with Winner, I was surprised to return home from a long flight to discover that my gas tank went from half full to empty. I advised the attendant, who later informed me that the car was left running while my car was being detailed without calling or email me prior to my arrival.



The owner called me the following day, admitting that not only had the attendant not followed their standard protocol, which is to have the owner of the vehicle sign off on the drop-off mileage, there was also no literature in their office or website that informs patrons that their car will be left running, thus potentially draining the gasoline in your vehicle.



Peter the owner, snidely verified that proper protocol was not followed by his employees, and insisted that since this has never happened in his 21 years of business, that it was virtually impossible for it to have happened to me, and didn't feel the need to reimburse me or even have my future business, although I spent over $240 to park and have my car detailed.



It's disheartening to hear that zero accountability was taken as a result of an employer's mistake. It's a good thing I made it home safe, although I wonder if potentially placing a woman in harms way helps the owner sleep at night!

Stranded by Winner Parking in Philly

I was spewing profanity like a wounded pirate after my experience with Winner Airport Parking.



I arrived at the airport at 1am on a Saturday night. I was looking forward to the valet car service with my very own car. As my car pulled up and the driver stepped out, there was an overwhelming odor of burning rubber and an undeniable lean to my car. There it was, a flat tire that was clearly driven long enough to ruin the tire and rim. The driver denied knowing it was flat. He refused to give his name as if I would not find out that it was Mr. Ward. I was left to fend for myself. Winner sent a crew with an air pump to fill the tire only to find the tire was not safe. So, I had to call my own AAA service. Winner said they were not responsible for the flat tire since those things "happen".



I was told by Tony Dongiovanni of Winner that "the drivers are not rocket scientists and are only minimum wage employees with no customer service skills". I translate that to the drivers are idiots and therefore not responsible for their lack of basic common knowledge.

I have used Winner many times for parking. I have encouraged all of my friends and family to do the same. I recently returned from a trip,and when my truck was brought to me at the airport it was COVERED with bird droppings. I am not saying one or two, or even five spots. The entire front corner of my truck was so covered that it was difficult to drive. The windshield was foggy there was so much poop. I returned to the Winner lot to complain and the staff was horrible and said "I can believe this guy is having a f*$king heart-attack about bird s%#t" while trying to clean my windshield with a dirty sponge and dirty water. Did I mention that my wife was sitting in my truck at this time? I just spoke with the owner about this, and to call him an inconsiderate jerk would be too kind. After laughing at me on the phone, he hung up on me. Certainly not satisfying my concerns. I will no longer be using their services and will choose one of the other lots for my parking and transportation. If anyone would like my "frequent parking card" just let me know.
